Finding the right nanny for a family begins with choosing an experienced, professional, courteous and suitable caregiver for the work/home employer environment.

Our process is direct, effective, and has helped many families over the years. It’s simple; we begin by getting to know the family and their unique caregiver needs. With this information, we then set out to select a few “matching” pre-screened & qualified caregivers for the employer to interview and select. Thanks to our vast network of qualified caregivers, finding the right caregiver in a timely fashion is achieved regularly.

Our Childcare services include the following:
  • Live-In/Live-Out Nannies

  • Local and Overseas Nannies (Foreign Nationals for Sponsorships)

  • Full-time & Part-time Nannies

  • Drivers and Non-drivers

  • CPR and/or other certified nannies.

  • Experience/certifications for high-health needs

Finding Your Nanny.

Our Process:

1

Schedule a
Needs Analysis

To kick off the process, a placement specialist will conduct an in-depth family interview to learn about your needs.

3

Choose Who You Want To Hire

We will draft, present, and negotiate acceptance of an offer letter with an outline of job duties and expectations. Our third-party guidance makes your transition to becoming an employer seamless.

2

Interview
Candidates

Our recruiting team works together to hand-select 1-5 screened and qualified candidates for you to meet with, based on the results of your needs analysis.  Meeting with each of them will ensure your final hiring decision is balanced and informed.

4

Ongoing Support

After your new caregiver has accepted your offer and the placement has been made, our work is far from over. We’ll be there throughout the entirety of your new relationship to help with retention, training, and ongoing support.

It’s an honour to share with you our approach to childcare staffing, which starts with a corporate recruiting philosophy that we have successfully applied to child care for the past twenty years. We believe that by engaging with our firm, your family or company gains the comparative and cumulative advantage as a consumer in this market. We are also a woman and mother-owned business rounded out by a team of former caregivers, tutors,

teachers, and corporate executives.
